You will feel like you have the sea at home in this splendid Garganica building, with a domed vault made of stone, a small spa in the bedroom, right in the heart of the historic centre.
Design considerations, types and benefits
A preliminary structural adaptation of the entire unit was carried out. Subsequently, a new architectural study was created with a different distribution of the internal spaces, making the three levels of the structure communicating through a new internal staircase. On the ground floor of the building, from a remote construction period, an architectural restoration was carried out on the perimeter walls and the vault, made with stone pebbles, through the removal of deteriorated plaster, reconstruction of the joints, cleaning of the wall ashlars and protective surface treatment. The first floor of recent construction features a spa, consisting of a Turkish bath and a thermo-heated tub filled with cascade water, flush with the wall. From the first floor it is possible to access a private solarium area with sea view via an internal staircase.
